Glenn Weinstein-Kadir
I’m a technically driven coach that leads my clients from the goals they set to the goals they didn’t know they were capable of.
Since I started training in weightlifting and martial arts at the age of 13, I have continued to develop my passion and my skill sets as both a coach and a competitor. My favourite tools of the trade are your body weight, a barbell and kettle bells.
My clients range from professional and world champion martial artists to people in the general population. As a result I help with high performance as well as injury rehab and prevention, preparation for ‘ski‘ season, high level kettle bell training, mobility and endurance. My clients range from 19 to 70 years old and all of them pursue goals so that we are always moving towards something exciting!
My client sessions are technically driven, fun, tough and purposeful. So if you have a goal in mind, it’s time you started using the knowledge and expertise of a coach to ensure you get there!
At the moment my focus in my own training is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (bjj) and powerlifting... with a load of kettle bell work thrown in there for fun!
